Modified Business Tax Rate Change

Pursuant to Assembly Bill 628 of the Legislative 2007 session, the Modified Business Tax rate for General Business will remain at 0.63% after July 1, 2007. It will not be raised to 0.65% as was previously scheduled. The Financial Institution rate will remain at 2% as before.
